walk.
If you can afford a treadmill, go ahead and get it. You can start by walking through every

you find it tough to brisk walk, then simply walk normally, start with 20 minutes, to 30, 45 then an hour.

hard and it would prevent you from getting injuries.

You don't have to burn a hole in your pocket. Walk around, look at all the great clothes
that you will be able to fit into soon, just walk on by the window and tell yourself all the beautiful
clothes you will get when you can.
That has always been a great motivation for me. I walk around, knowing that though I might
not be able to fit into that now, I am working on it. It keeps me moving and it is definitely less boring as
compared to just walking aimlessly outside.
But of course, it's up to you. Walk wherever you
prefer.
